Terms of Use

"Internet Capital Ventures" ("ICV", "we", "us") is a brand and trading name used by its partners and their affiliated entities. ICV is not a registered company and does not claim any registration, license or regulated status.

Anyone may browse the site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it on request. Anyone entering a deal or agreement with ICV's partners must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or have a parent or guardian's consent.

Everything on the site is general information about us, our portfolio companies and what we are building. Nothing on it is:

• an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token or other asset;
• investment, legal, tax or financial advice;
• an offer of an interest in any fund. ICV does not run a fund, and the site does not hold or manage anyone's money.

Any investment or agreement happens only through a separate written or onchain agreement with the relevant contracting party. Nothing on the site creates a partnership, a fund interest or any commitment by either side.

Token figures are historical peak fully diluted values from public sources (pump.fun, GeckoTerminal and CoinGecko, October 2026). Multiples are measured from each token's first open-market price. The peaks happened at different times, so a combined figure is a sum of separate peaks, not a value that existed at one moment. They are not current prices, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Crypto assets are highly volatile, and you can lose everything you put in. Onchain transactions are public and irreversible, and they carry smart-contract, chain and wallet risk. Portfolio company tokens are issued by those companies, not by ICV. Do your own research and get independent advice before you buy or sell anything.

Plans, roadmaps and expectations on the site are opinions at the time of writing, not promises, and things may turn out differently.

Emailing, applying or talking with us does not create an advisory, fiduciary or other relationship, and it does not oblige either side to do a deal.

The site's text, design and the ICV name and marks belong to us. Portfolio company names, logos and screenshots belong to those companies and appear for identification only. You may share and quote the site with a link back; please don't copy it wholesale or suggest we endorse you.

The site links to other sites, such as X, Solscan, LinkedIn, press articles and our portfolio companies' own sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Facts and figures can change or contain errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it, including any trading or investment decision.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
