This policy explains what happens to your information when you use internetcapital.ventures (the "site"). "Internet Capital Ventures" ("ICV", "we", "us") is a brand and trading name used by its partners and their affiliated entities, not a registered company.

01What we collect

Nothing directly. The site has no accounts, no database and no analytics, and it does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, with no third-party embeds or trackers.

Emails you send us. The apply form does not submit anything to us. It opens your own email client with a pre-filled message to ventures@gttmr.xyz, and you decide whether to send it. If you do, we receive what you wrote and your email address, like any other email.

Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure and running. See Vercel's own privacy policy for details.

02How we use your email

We use what you send to read and evaluate your project, reply to you and keep track of our conversations. We don't add it to marketing lists, and we never sell it.

03Sharing

We share your information only as needed to evaluate an opportunity with you, for example with the ICV partners or people helping us assess a deal. We may also disclose it if the law requires. We never sell it.

04Retention

We keep emails for as long as they are useful for an ongoing or possible conversation, and delete them when you ask.

05Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email ventures@gttmr.xyz and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, data-protection laws (such as the GDPR) may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local regulator. Where those laws apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.

06Onchain activity

Blockchains are public. Wallet addresses and transactions you make onchain are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

07Children and age

Anyone may browse the site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it on request. Anyone entering a deal or agreement with ICV's partners must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or have a parent or guardian's consent.

08Security

Emails are kept in a standard business email account, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't email us anything you would not want exposed, such as private keys or seed phrases. We will never ask for them.

09Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
